These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website blueskyedit.com (the "Site") and the video editing services (the "Services") provided by BlueSkyEdit, which is operated by Digital Bloom Limited, Hong Kong ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide video editing, thumbnail design, and content repurposing services for creators and businesses, delivered under the subscription plans or custom packages described on the Site or agreed with you directly.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our Services. You are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting an inquiry, booking a call, or onboarding as a client.
Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change; any change will not affect a billing cycle already in progress. Failure to pay may result in suspension of active projects and deliverables.

The number of revision rounds included depends on your plan, as described on our Pricing page or in your service agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
You retain ownership of the raw footage and brand assets you provide. Upon full payment, you own the final delivered edits. You grant us a limited license to use completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
The Site, its design, and its content (excluding client materials) are the property of Digital Bloom Limited and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Bloom Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including loss of revenue, views, or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to our Services for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms. You may stop using our Services at any time in accordance with our cancellation terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R., without regard to conflict of law principles.
